The ATV's were kept by a friend of the victims’ families, until the trial. Also a palm print was found on one of the ATV's, but never identified. Before any official arrived the evidence was contaminated. According to the officer who made the missing persons report, when he arrived there were six or seven people down by the three wheelers. Also it is stated that Vance Griffith took a yellow raincoat from one of the ATV's.

Frank's Shotgun (This gun was picked up by Larry Sneed, even before they knew what the men were shot with.)

Lead pellets from a shotgun.(These were tested, one person said they could not have came from Frank's gun, and the other said Frank's gun could not be excluded, but they could not say it came from Frank's gun. Because they did not come from his gun.)
