Evidence Of Innocence
New Evidence of innocence: A bullet casing was found where the bodies were found. This had never been revealed to the Casteel Defense team. In fact it had to be found by Trever Casteel in a bundle of photos of the crime scene that had been supplied to Casteels first defense team.
1) He did not do it!
2)There was no creditable witness against him!
a) There is proof that all these people that said he pointed a gun were lies.
3) There was no evidence to link him to the crime!
4)The shotgun could not be connected to the crime.
5) The jeep could not be connected to the crime
6) There was no blood, fingerprints, hair or anything to connect Casteel to this crime
7)It was and is physically impossible for Frank Casteel to do this.
8) Frank Casteel gave the police his gun and jeep
9) Frank Casteel gave Lee Griffith ( Kenneth Griffith's brother) a ride from where the ATV's were found.
10) The state changed their story in the closing statements.
11) Four shotgun shells found at "crime scene??". Two could not be tested and two were tested, they both came from the same gun, but were shown not to come from Casteel's gun
12) The detectives botched the investigation
13) There is no way the ATVs could have been hauled in Frank’s jeep
14) Out of all these people who said Casteel pointed a gun at them and said all this bad stuff to them none, not one ever filed a complaint to the police. But there is a court record of Pattens caretaker pointing a gun.
