July 9th 1988 these three men had gone riding. The search for the men started on Sunday the 10th the ATV's were found that night; Monday the 11th they found the supposed crime scene at the gate. The three men had still not been found, Larry Sneed picks up Casteel's shotgun. So before they knew the men were even dead or what they had been shot with Sneed picks up Casteel's gun and no other gun was picked up. Sneed did not want Casteel's 22 pistol he had seen in Casteel's Jeep earlier that day.

Now fast forward 20 years later, July 9th 2008, Lee Griffith says "They knew who did it the third day into the search, It was just a matter of making all of the pieces to the puzzle fit."

The bodies were not found until Wednesday night July 13, 1988. The search began Sunday and the third day of the search when Lee Griffith says they already knew who did it.

The detectives did not do any detective work if it did not have to do with Frank Casteel they did not want to hear it. They made up their minds early on who they wanted. I have always said it was Monday but Lee Griffith said it was Tuesday. Either way they had made their minds even before they knew if the men were dead.

2) Lee Griffith was at the scence where the ATVs were found. Casteel stopped and gave Griffith a ride back up the mountain. (If you think about that it shows Casteel's innocence) But at both trials Griffith states the floor of the jeep was made of oak slats, thats completely false. As you see in the picture on the 3rd page.
