John LIEns lied about seeing the jeep at a car wash with blood in the back.
1) At the first trial he stated that he saw the jeep at the command post on Monday
2) Then at the second trial he said it was Tuesday.
He had to change his story because Detective Sneed proved him to be a liar. Because when Casteel went to the command post on Monday he was driven over and was not in his jeep. The detective acutually gave Casteel a ride back to the jeep.
